New Slippers Are Here!

Today we were very pleased to welcome some ladies from Ashwood Park Retirement Home, who have been knitting slippers for our junior students. What a treat to see the bright colours and the pompoms they put on the slippers. We will all have lovely warm feet this winter.

Phonics Fun

We do a lot of work on phonics in the classroom and next week we will be learning some new letter sounds called Digraphs. But in the meantime here is a phonics Game for you to try at home.(You may need to click on "Student Login" before playing. The password is already inserted)

Rail Safety

We have been learning how to be safe around railway lines and trains. We went for a walk to the crossing to see the train go past. BUT... would you believe it was 20 minutes early!! But we did have a good look at the crossing and Constable Sue told us how to cross safely.
